Set healthy boundaries without the guilt, second-guessing and five-paragraph explanations.

Set healthy boundaries without the guilt, second-guessing and five-paragraph explanations.

What if you could set a boundary without feeling like you’re being selfish, unkind
(or un-Christian)?

You know THAT relationship?

The one where you keep biting your tongue to keep the peace…
But inside? Ugh, not so peaceful. 😅

You know staying silent isn’t really working anymore, but…

Saying something? That brings up a whole OTHER set of worries, like:

• Do I really need a boundary here—or am I overreacting?

• And (most of all)… how the heck do I say this hard thing while still being loving and kind? 🤪

Let’s be real: Setting a healthy boundary is a little more complicated than “just say no” or “stop worrying about what they think.”

Especially with family, friends or coworkers you actually want (or need 😅) to keep having a relationship with.

While we can’t control others’ reactions, here’s the good news: We CAN learn to speak up with honesty and kindness in a way that honors Christ AND our limits.

Let me show you how inside Boundaries Without Guilt.

Boundaries without Guilt: Learn when to set a healthy, Christ-centered boundary and how to communicate it with confidence and kindness

Give me about 50 minutes, and I’ll show you when it’s time to set a boundary and how to actually say the hard thing
in a way that’s clear, kind and Christ-centered.

As a recovering people pleaser and Christian mindset coach, I know firsthand how hard it is to set a boundary when you genuinely want to love people well.

That’s why I created Boundaries Without Guilt: a practical mini-course to help you navigate difficult relationship situations—so you know how to speak up or set a limit without losing sight of the relationship or your desire to honor God.

I have some challenging family situations, and this training gave me the confidence and the practical tools I needed to set some limits. It’s important to me that I’m Christ-honoring as I share boundaries, and I’m grateful that was a big part of this training!”–Amanda B.

You’re not the only one who feels like setting a boundary is so dang hard.

Ever felt like it’s probably time to say something… but you can’t seem to make yourself speak up?

There’s a reason for that.

When you’re thinking about setting a boundary, your brain isn’t just focused on what you need to say.

It’s also worrying what happens after you say it:

• What if they get upset?
• What if they think I’m selfish?
• What if this changes our relationship?
• What if I hurt them—or they reject me?

Your brain is designed to protect you, and when it senses potential rejection or disapproval, staying quiet feels safer than speaking up.

So you say yes (when you know you shouldn’t). And convince yourself it’s not that big of a deal.

Until… keeping the peace on the outside creates a whole lot of stress on the inside.

It often feels easier to deal with your own frustration than risk dealing with someone else’s (especially if you hate conflict like I do).

But eventually, that unspoken frustration starts showing up when you dread their phone calls…

You get anxious around them…

Your shoulders are extra tense and you’re not sleeping…

And you finally snap over something ridiculously small.

(Then things really feel hopeless). 😟😟

P.S. So what does a healthy boundary look like as a Christian?

A boundary isn’t about controlling someone else or forcing them to behave the way you want.

It’s about getting clear on what you are (and aren’t) responsible for, and deciding what you will do in response.

And yes, healthy boundaries can absolutely be Christ-honoring (thankfully Jesus himself modeled how to share hard things with both honesty and love).

Loving others doesn’t mean we’re responsible for meeting every need or making sure no one is ever disappointed with us.

God gives us limits—and learning to honor those limits with grace and wisdom is a big part of loving others well.

Healthy boundaries help us take responsibility for what is ours while releasing what isn’t—trusting God with the rest.

Of course, knowing that a healthy boundary can be loving and Christ-honoring is one thing.

Knowing how to follow through when fear and guilt kick in— that’s another.

Let’s make that part easier, shall we?

Discover how to set healthy limits while honoring God, yourself and your loved ones.

Inside Boundaries Without Guilt, you’ll learn how to:

  • Know when you actually NEED a boundary. I’ll help you recognize the signs that something needs your attention and prayerfully figure out what needs to change.
  • Figure out what’s actually YOURS to do.What’s your responsibility? What’s theirs? And what do you need to hand back to God? We’ll sort through all three so you’re not carrying things that were never yours to begin with.
  • Understand what’s behind the fear and guilt that show up. We’ll look at what’s happening in your brain and body when you’re worried about upsetting someone, and why feeling guilty doesn’t necessarily mean you ARE guilty.
  • Know how to actually SAY the hard thing. I’ll teach you a simple Boundary framework that shows you how to state that hard thing in a kind and clear way.

And because setting a boundary sometimes uncovers a whole bunch of unexpected emotional tension, we’ll talk about how to recognize when extra support may be needed.

Hi, I’m Alicia—and I know all about avoiding boundaries and hard conversations. 😂

I’ve spent plenty of years believing it was easier to keep the peace, deal with my own frustration and avoid disappointing anyone than to actually say what needed to be said.

Turns out, that wasn’t exactly helping my relationships… 😉

Learning how to understand what was happening emotionally, relationally and spiritually changed the way I approached boundaries—and helped me see that being loving doesn’t require ignoring my own God-given limits.

Today, as an ICF-certified mindset coach (ACC, CPLC), multi-award-winning host of The Christian Mindset Coach podcast and best-selling author of Emotional Confidence, I’ve helped tens of thousands better understand their emotions, break unhealthy patterns and navigate difficult relationships with greater confidence.

I created Boundaries Without Guilt to give you the practical tools I wish I’d had years ago—so you can stop wondering what to do and learn how to approach hard boundaries with greater clarity, wisdom and grace.

If setting a boundary has felt scary, selfish or just plain confusing, I’d love to help you find a healthier way forward.💛

“Alicia, but what if… ?”
(Frequently Asked Questions)

That’s exactly where we’ll start.

I’ll help you recognize the signs that something in the relationship may need your attention and sort through what’s actually yours to do, so you can determine whether a boundary is appropriate instead of setting one simply because something feels uncomfortable.

They might. 😬 And unfortunately, there aren’t any magic words that can guarantee someone will like a boundary or hard truth that’s shared.

What we can do is to take care of our responsibility: to make sure we’ve communicated the hard truth with honesty, kindness and clarity, in a way that honors Christ. This course will help you know how to do that.

Yippee… me too! 😅 A healthy boundary doesn’t have to mean a confrontation or some giant dramatic conversation.

I’ll show you a simple way to communicate what needs to be said without being harsh, wishy-washy or making the conversation bigger than it needs to be.

Absolutely. Loving others well doesn’t mean saying yes to everything or taking responsibility for everyone else’s feelings.

God created us with limits, and even Jesus demonstrated limits in His relationships and ministry. Healthy boundaries can help us love others while faithfully taking responsibility for what God has actually entrusted to us.

There very well may be—and that’s okay. A boundary doesn’t have to fix an entire relationship to be worthwhile.

Sometimes setting one healthy limit can help you recognize a deeper relationship pattern or emotional struggle that needs more attention. Inside this training, I’ll help you recognize when there may be more going on and consider what kind of additional support could help.

Of course. Boundaries Without Guilt can be a practical complement to the deeper work you may already be doing in therapy or counseling.

While therapy may help you explore past experiences, relationship patterns or deeper emotional concerns, this mini-course gives you a practical process for a specific situation: determining whether a healthy boundary is needed, understanding what may be making it difficult and figuring out how to communicate it.

This resource is not a replacement for professional mental health care, but it can give you practical tools to use alongside the support you’re already receiving.

NOTE: If you are in a situation where you feel physically or emotionally in danger, please reach out to a mental health crisis line or other appropriate emergency personnel in your area.

P.S. If you’re interested in one-on-one support in working through these relationships issues around boundaries, I encourage you to check out my coaching page to see if we’re a fit to work together.

The entire mini-course is only about 50 minutes, divided into four short videos.

You can go through it all at once or work through it one video at a time. You’ll also have the exercises and tools to help you apply what you’re learning to a real situation in your own life.

You’ll have access for the lifetime of the product, so you can come back and revisit the videos and tools whenever you need them for another boundary or difficult conversation.

No worries, it’s easy-peasy. You’ll get instant online access after you purchase, so you can start right away.

All videos are available on-demand (like Netflix) so you can watch them whenever it works for you!

You’ll have a private portal where you can watch the course on your phone, tablet or computer and download the accompanying tools and exercises online as well.

Nope! Men, women + teens can all use them.

Because most of my work is created for Christian women, you may notice a slightly more feminine feel to the overall experience. But because this is a DIY resource (no one-on-one support from me), it’s available to both men and women.

Try Boundaries Without Guilt risk-free.

I want you to feel good about this investment in your communication and emotional management skills!

Go through the mini-course, use the tools and apply them to a real boundary you’re facing.

If you discover that Boundaries Without Guilt doesn’t give you more confidence in setting boundaries, just let me know within 5 days and I’ll refund your purchase.

No hard feelings. Because the last thing you need is to feel guilty about a course called Boundaries Without Guilt, right? 😅

So… I can confidently say “I did my part well.“

And now? That means I can stop carrying responsibility for both sides of the relationship, and leave the rest with God. 👏
