My Memory Box™ School Memory Box System
First things first–do you have a My Memory Box™ School Memory Box System?
I designed this collection of digital printables to make school memory box assembly incredibly easy.
It includes box labels, file folder tabs and file folder labels in 4 different colors (so each child can have their own color).
Hundreds of moms worldwide use this school memory box system to organize their kids school memorabilia!
You can watch this video to hear the heartfelt story behind how My Memory Box came about.

•1 plastic file folder box (I like this one), with a lid and an inside lip in which to hang letter-sized folders. This silver/clear one is good because you can see inside. You'll need one file folder box for each child's memory box that you're creating.

•15 letter-sized hanging file folders with corresponding plastic tabs
•Scissors and/or a 12-inch paper trimmer

Note: Sometimes glue stick doesn't hold the box label on the box well (depending on how it's stored). If this is the case for your Memory Box, I'd recommend a stronger glue like this one.
Here's a quick video demonstrating how easy it is to put together the My Memory Box™ system!
STEP 2: Using a paper cutter or scissors, cut out each of the Folder Labels and the File Folder Tabs.
STEP 3: Glue the Folder Labels to the outside front of the hanging files (one label per file). You can leave space on the front of the folder to attach a picture of the child in each corresponding grade if you prefer.
STEP 4: Insert the File Folder Tabs (one at a time) into the plastic tabs. Attach the plastic tabs to the folders.
STEP 5: Write your child’s name on the 8.5 x 11” “My Memory Box” Box Label and glue it to the front of the box.
STEP 6: Arrange and hang the folders inside the plastic box.
STEP 7: As you child completes his/her awesome work that you want to save, add them to the files!
Supplies for School Memory Pages for School Memory Box
I created a special bonus product (available only a certain times a year) for My Memory Box™ purchasers called School Memory Pages.
These are awesome pre-written school memory pages that your child can complete at various times of the year to help best remember all the fun of the school year.
I use these photo splits to attach photos to the layouts; and I've found that these 8.5 x 11 page protectors are an easy way to keep the pages looking nice.
