  1. Hi Robyn! Thanks so much for sharing how this episode encouraged you. I love to hear what God has been teaching you about managing your thoughts, and how writing things down can be helpful. I’d love it if you could share this message about what you’re learning as a comment in your podcast player too (iTunes, etc) so that others can see it there. Would you do that? Thank you so much in advance, and God’s blessings on you as you work through this issue!

  2. Alicia,

Thank you for this podcast episode. So many great thoughts about managing our thoughts. God has been teaching me so much about this in recent years. Your suggestion to write thoughts down with pen and paper was a good reminder for me. I’ve done that before, but I had gotten out of the habit (and I’ve been back to struggling with negative thoughts). I’m going to try going back to writing them down.

Blessings to you in your ministry!

    ~Robyn
